Thermocouple Tips are used by steel plants and foundries for measurement of molten metal temperature in arc furnaces, ladles and continuous casting machines while Converters and Samplers are used to draw metal samples from furnaces, ladles etc.
Multi Immersion thermocouple tips are used for multiple temperature measurement in induction furnaces in foundries.
Our thermocouple tips are made from high accuracy thermocouple elements and our manufacturing process involves stringent quality checks to ensure consistent and accurate measurement of temperature. Our samplers give a true representative sample of metal from furnaces, ladles etc thus simplifying the process of sampling.Our Platinum and Platinum Rhodium wires are imported from Engelhard and Johnson Matthew, UK. These wires are guaranteed for accuracy of ± 1.5 ºC at the Palladium point & International Standard IPTS- 1968/BS- 4937
All associated and matching spares and accessories are available with us.
These are:a) Immersion Lance Assemblies with heavy duty trailing compensating cable.
b) Metal sheathed mineral insulated (MIMS) inside cable assemblies suitable for Pt- Pt / Rh thermocouples. Heat resistant Teflon Insulated, Asbestos braided cable assemblies are also available.c) Contact Blocks, Male Connectors, Female Receptacles, and Mini- Male connectors to suit different types of tips.d) M. S. Housing for Receptacles and Connectors.e) Parts of lance assembly
