Dear Sir/Madam,
I’m looking for white semi-milled short grain rice to supply a European company. It's a long term contract of 10,000 mT/year and the supply should be regular (~32 mT/day) since the company is a direct consumer. A constant quality and a good traceability are essential. The product should not be irradiated and no GMO should be present.

The main characteristics the products should satisfy are:
- Off white, cream white colour
- Not irradiated, no GMO
- Grains size:
o Ratio length/width <2
o Grains of length btw 4.7 and 5.2 mm >80 % (average on 100 grains)
- Immature grains <2.5%
- Chalky/Broken grains <3%
- Black grains <1%
- Red striped grains <2%
- Moisture content <15%
- Micro-organisms tolerance:
o TPC <1,500,000/g
o E.coli <10/g
o Coliforms at 30°C <7,500/g
o Yeasts & Moulds <15,000/g
o Salmonella: Abs in 25 g
o Staphylococcus coagulase positive <10/g
o Bacillus Cereus <100/g
- Mycotoxins tolerance:
o Aflatoxins B1 <2ppb
o Total Aflatoxins(B1+B2+G1+G2) <4ppb
o Ochratoxin A <3ppb
o Zearalenon <50ppb
o Fumonisin B1 <3ppm (target:1ppm)
o Vomitoxin (DON) <500ppb
