We are one of the major manufacturer of transformer radiators in India and are planning major expansion. We need cnc machines for transformer radiator manufacturing and request you to forward quotation with catalogues and other details for :
Full assly line for transformer radiators with 350mm & 520 mm size width.must consist of following machines
• Roll forming and straightening machine.
• Welding robot with laser controlled weld seam scanning.
• Double mig welding unit for welding header pipes in radiators.
Production capacity of plant shall be 20 T/day.
For radiators we use 1 to 1.2mm thick CRCA coils.
