We understand you manufacture Cutting & grinding machines for various application, we are a company manufacturing Insulating Refractory Bricks. One of our process involves cutting/ grinding (After firing )of all six sides of these bricks in order to achieve dimensional accuracy & finish.

Currently we are using aluminum oxide vitrified wheels for grinding bricks & cutter wheels, machines are in-house developed but does not match to our current accuracy & production requirement.

Therefore, we are looking for a grinding cum cutting machine to cut all six sides of bricks, in order to attain dimension accuracy of less then 0.5mm, in bricks having dimension between Length 8" to 13 "(200mm-325 mm) , width 4" to 13 " (100 mm-325 mm) & thickness 2" to 6 " (50 mm-150 mm).

Our bricks are made from clay having bulk density between 0.5 gm/cc to 1.2 gm/cm3 & cold crushing strength between 10-150 kg/cm2.

our production capacity is 1000 bricks per hr.
