It is a great pleasure to inform your esteemed company that Barsan and Hirbodan Railway Consortium are active in the wide range of Railway and Underground activities and is a sound and organizational hierarchy with high experienced and good close-tight in a.m. field. At the time being we have got an inquiry and invited for the 369 Km railway route as EPC and Turnkey project.
We have to mention that aforesaid project is held by Ministry of Roads & Transportation of Islamic Republic Of Iran and will be executed under the terms and conditions of Engineering, Procurement, and Construction EPC by the way of foreign finance.
Now in the first stage we need following segments with compatible and rock- bottom price and delivery term:

1- Turnouts (Type: 1:9 R=300 ELEC) Quantity: 175 sets.
2- Turnouts (Type: 1:9 R=190 MAN) Quantity: 71 sets.
&
- RAILS (Type:UIC 60) Amount: 49186 tones

Due to our limit and tight deadline to getting final decision (up to Sep.11-2006), would you please let us know about your best price and delivery term a.s.a.p.
Furthermore referring to project finance condition if your company able to prepare the a.m. segments with finance term, please inform us about your moderate conditions accordingly.
