I'm a broker from USA, Ohio I have a buyer that is intrested in buying 4,2M Tons of "MAZUT 100" for 3 years.

The terms that he is looking for are,

100,000 tons per month for the first year totaling 1,200,000 ton
100,000 tons per month for the second year total 1,200,000 ton
150,000 tons per month for the third year totaling 1,800,000ton

The price around $240-$245 a ton (CIF Hong Kong, China)

The client is ready to sign a preliminary contract, and pay immediately. Assuming that all goes well, he will be willing and ready to sign a long term contract.
