Shenzhen Weili Rope Belt Co., Ltd. was founded in 1998 and is an exclusive manufacturer engaging in designing and manufacturing of rope belt. Up to now, our investment has exceeded millions of RMB, and our company is one of the maximal scale rope belt enterprises possessing the most advanced equipment. We can provide the integrated service from meshing belt, silk screen printing, assembly of parts and components, finished products to package.
Major production facility
A. Department of mesh belt: high speed needle loom and hundreds of braiding machine, sufficient periphery equipment.
B. The department of machine stitching: post-bed sewing machine. Tens of double-needle machines, flat-bed sewing machine, computer controlled machine
C. The department of jet molding: number of plastic machine, lathe, punching machine, grinding machine and sufficient periphery equipment
E. The department of silk screen printing: more than 30 of high frequency machines occupying area of 2000 square meters.
F. The department of finished product package: hundreds of manual blow molding machines, hot cutting machines, pipelining and periphery equipment and cover floor space of 1800 square meters.
Our products mainly include various hung strap and stringer used in sports and work, and different series of wrist strap, mobile telephone strap, and these products are broadly being used as delicacy decoration in electronic products such as MP3 and books. At home, our marketing network has covered Changjiang Delta region and Pearl River Delta region and has expanded to Hong Kong and Taiwan; at overseas, we have successfully entered into Europe, America and Japan. We boast large number of clients, such as Sandisk, Moduslink, Simens, Toto, Denso, China mobile, Bubukao etc, and we have been appointed as their supplier. Some famous large scale enterprise from home and abroad come one after another and require us to design belt for their new-launched product. For the moment, 60% of our products are exported to international market, 85% to U.S.A.and 15% to Japan and Europe etc. 40% are sold in domestic market．
