Dear Sirs! We are interested in welded stainless steel tubes:
AISI 409
D 38*1,5
D 43*1,5
D 45*1,5
D 48*1,5
D 48*1,2
D 51*1,2
D 51*1,5
D 63*1,5
Approximate quantity per 2007 year -1500 mt.
AISI 430Ti(439)
D 33*1,5 - 21 mt. -if you give
us good price,this material we are ready to buy now.
Specific requirements are:
1) Max. tolerance - OD (0/-0,2) mm
wall thickness:1,5 mm tolerance (-0,05/-0,12)
2)Inside barb should not exceed 0,10 mm
3) The barb on the OD is not permitted.
3) Wall thinning along the welding seam is not permitted more then indicated minus tolerance.
4) Tubes are supplied in heat-treated condition.
5) Elongation is unless 30%
If any of these specific requirements are out of your production possibility, please inform us about the characteristics of the
material you can produce -the closest to the mentioned ones.
If there is a possibility to supply us with the samples of the mentioned tubes, please inform us about it.
