Our firm has been doing construction business since 1997.
Now, we had just started to construction a new big building, as additional we have a very good relationship with domestic agent and shop for construction business. We are distributing many materials as cement, brick etc. to our domestic agents.Now, we want to purchase ( buy ) laminated parquet which regarding as below:

Also, the new ( second ) bid coming soon and the situation and condition regarding this business as below for your kindly interesting:

1 ) Material:Laminated parquet, good HDF material, half round lock system, white core, arc double click with AC3 / HFD-E1 class. Thickness:8,3mm.
2) ( PLEASE INDICATE) USD / m2 CIF Istanbul
3) 180 days defferred irrevocable Letter of Credit
4) %50 invoice ( for example: 40.000 usd total amount of L / C, but your original commercial invoice should be: 20.000 USD ). Cause, our Turkey custom tax is very high, therefore we need it this method.
5) Before shipment, just in your fabric, we want to examine and study the products;and this clause must be written in the text of Letter of Credit.
6) Total order for 2006: 500.000 m2. This is exact quantity ( you can add: 200.000m2 as optional for this year )
7) First order: 100.000 m2
