Dear sir
We have requirement of flow wrap machine and various other packing machines:-

1) Napthelene balls packing machine,to pack balls ranging from 20 mm to 40 mm dia .Size of the packing will be 3 and 6 balls in a pouch. Please note that there are three different colour balls.,in 3 ball pouch,it will be three different colours which we expect machine to sense on its own and in 6 pack pouch again it will be 3 colour 2 of each colour. Please suggest the machine .

1a) We also have requirement of Auger filling machine for despensing and packing detergent powder and ultra marine blue. It is desireable to have the machine with sealing facility also.We may also use standing pouch for packing the these material.

2) We need to pack rectangular or square cubes of again Napthalene haveing dimension of 30 mm * 30mm*30mm square, 5 to 7 such pieces in a pack. They will be on single colour.The maximum lenth of the pack would be 300mm ,width will be 50mm, and hight will be maximum 50 mm.

3) Air freshner cake haveing a diameter of 80mm and thkness of say 20 mm to be stickered and wrapped and pack. Wrapping should be snug so as to take counter of the product.Is it possible to use shrink wrap machine for this application?

4) form fill seal machine verticle model for packing detergent powder and ultra marine blue from 50 gram to 1000 grams. Please specify the maximum and minimum width and lenth of the pouch the machine can pack.and its packing speed

5) we also need shrink wrap machine

6) we need carton strapping machine semi automatic and fully automatic. please specify as to what is the maximm size of carton it can handle.
Please let us know if you have already given machine for such application?Please let us have the details with the relevant prices.

7) We neee Rotary tabletting machine to manufactuer napthalene balls from 10 mm to 40 mm dia , maximum depth of the fill would be 30 mm.Please send us the details of your machine and if you have given your machine for such an application.?

8) We also need Either single punch or Rotary tabletting maxchine for forming the cake of Napthalene or PDCb material of maximum dia of 80mm whith maximum thkness of 20mm.Please specify the the turret speed. working pressure required ,and if you have supplied your machine for such an aplication?

9) We need high speed mixer and granulator. please specify the material of construction, kwh required, and capacity in terms of ltrs. we will be using this mixer and granulattor for napthelene flakes and pdcb for making air freshner cakes.
