Currently we are in the process of Development of an Equipment, which shall need at least One Unit of Heating and Cooling System per set, and we hope to go for around 200 – 500 sets per month , after initial trials / tests.

For this purpose , we are interested in purchase of above Air Conditioning ( Heating & Cooling Systems ) on Regular basis. The main specifications of the Equipments required are given below :

ELECTRICALLY POWERED AIR CONDITIONERS ( HEATING & COOLING SYSTEMS ) , for controlling the inside temperature of the cabins.

CONDITIONS : OUTSIDE --- From 35° C to - 40° C
INSIDE Reqd. --- COMFORT COOLING / HEATING

WE HAVE THE INPUT POWER OF 110 – 120 VOLTS AC

Quantity Required : Initial Lot of 50 Sets --- 200 – 500 sets/month later.

PROVISION : We are also considering the provision of operating the unit with Battery in the beginning and at that time the unit should work at around 5000 BTU ( around 400 Watts ), and whenever we have the regular power available, the unit should work at about 12,500 BTU . Please check the possibility of providing us the above facilities in the unit.

You are requested to send us your Best Prices for the above units, indicating the minimum Delivery period and other Terms of Supply. Your immediate reply is required, as we are interested in finalizing the orders soon. Moreover, a major portion of our equipment design is related with the type of Heating / Cooling units to be fitted and the sizes of the this unit . Hence we want to decide the Airconditioner unit first.
