Concord Camera Corp. designs, develops, manufactures and markets on a worldwide basis, popularly priced, easy-to-use image capture products. We are a global $200+ million USA publicly traded company on NASDAQ, under the ticker symbol LENS, and employ thousands of people worldwide in over seven countries. Over the past decade, the company has become a leader in the opening price point camera segment, and today is one of the largest producers of one-time-use cameras in the world.
We distribute our image capture solutions under such trademarks as CONCORD®, EASYSHOT® JENOPTIK®, and POLAROID®. Our award-winning products include digital cameras (VGA to 8Megapixel), Single Use and 35mm traditional film cameras and emerging multimedia devices such as digital video camcorders.
We manufacture cameras in a state-of-the-art, vertically integrated manufacturing facility in the People's Republic of China, and have operated in the PRC since 1984. Products manufactured by us are conceptualized, designed, developed and engineered in Hong Kong, the PRC and the United States. We also co-develop and source imaging products with third party technology providers in an effort to cost-effectively deliver a broader product mix.
Concord sells its image capture products worldwide through sales and distribution offices in the United States, Canada, Germany, Japan, Hong Kong, the United Kingdom and France, as well as through independent sales agents. We sell both branded and private label products to many of the largest retailers in the world, including Aldi, Argos, Boots, Carrefour, Comp USA, CVS, Dollar General, Eckerd, Family Dollar, Ito-Yokado, MetroAG, Rite Aid, Ritz Camera Shops, Target, Walgreens and Wal-Mart.
