Dear Sirs,
We are a company that manufactures RV products and are in need of a Remote Control system for one of our products. The remote system we need is rather simple. Here is what we will be doing with the remote.
We need to operate a 12 Volt 7 Amp motor & a 12 Volt 3 Amp motor from the remote. The 12 Volt 7 Amp motor needs to operate in Both directions and the 12 Volt 3 Amp motor needs to operate in only One direction. Both motors need to operate independently of each other. So, we need a 3 Channel remote system that can do this. Both motors have only 2 wires that power the motor. Therefore we would need to be able to switch the polarity of the 12 Volt 7 Amp motor in order to make it go in both directions,
The 3 Chanel transmitter needs to have arrows on the buttons. Channel One has to have a Up Arrow, Channel 2 needs to have a Down Arrow, and Channel three needs to have a Circular Arrow.
I hope this provides you with enough information to let us know if you can produce this remote. We are in need of 5,000 of these remotes this year. We have started producing and selling our product so we need these remotes ASAP. Please respond as quickly as possible. Also, we are contacting several companies to get the lowest price for the best product. If you are able to produce this remote we would request a sample and a price list.
