Dear Sirs,
Our client in K, S. A, intends to install a semi-automatic/ Automatic complete plant of
Re-Bar- Rolling Mill. The specification of Mill is as under:

Mill size: 12 inches 3 high with roughing stand.
Sizes to be rolled: 8 mm to 32mm diameter. Re-Bar.
Capacity: 4000 m/tonnes/ month.
Billet Size: 75 – 80 mm sq/100 mm.

Description of Rebar Rolling Mill Plant.

1) Billet shear.
2) Pusher type Billet re-heating furnace with Control panel + Automatic discharge/ Ejector.
3) Conveyer between furnace and Roughing Stands.
4) Tilting/ Lifting table with feeding rollers.
5) Roughing Stands (2), with Pinion & Reduction Gears Unit + Electric Motor with necessary accessories.
6) Roller table in between Roughing Finishing Train.
7) Rotary Cropping Shear to cut the material rolled out from Roughing Stands.
8) Complete Finishing Train (5 stands) with Pinion & Reduction Gears Unit + Electric Motor with necessary accessories.
9) Middle run-out table.
10) Rotary cooling bed shear.
11) Mechanical single eccentric cooling bed.
12) Cooling bed cold shear.
13) Loading equipments.
14) Twisting Machines for Ribbed Tor-Steel Bars.
15) Overhead Cranes on rolling mill & Work Shop Bay.
16) Work Shop Machinery.

Please also provide the basic requirements (prerequisites) as under:
Power requirement.
Oil/ Gas requirement.
Manpower requirement.
Area required for the Plant.
Water requirement.
