Xinda Group is looking for reliable suppliers (AQSIQ preferable) of PET waste, such as PET bottle flakes (clear transparent or green), yarn waste, lumps and film scraps, etc. We need about 25,000 to 30,000 tons PET raw materials annually. Any company who can supply those please contact us.

Our requirements of PET bottle flakes:
1. PVC less than 500PPM
2. MI:240--262
3. IV: Around 0.80
4. The color won't change after keeping in the 200 degree drier for an hour
5. Size: Smaller than 16mm in length and width
6. Washed by hot water
7. Humidity:0.4%

Please kindly provide me with:
1. Have you got AQSIQ or CCIC?
2. FOB price with loading port name & CNF Shanghai price, respectively.
3. Terms of payment?
4. I need photos of your products, factory and processing equipments, like crushers, washing line and driers.
5. Packing condition and loading quantity in each 40'HC.
6. Your prompt quantity for shipment within 14 days and your monthly quantity which can be allocated to us.
7. 0.5kg samples packed in 2 transparent bags, one for lab testing, and the other is numbered, sealed and cross-signed in case of any future reference.
8. Kindly noted that we need EXACTLY clear flakes, with PVC less than 500PPM

Our group has got three companies, we need large amount of pet materials for two of them: Polymer Materials Company and Chemical Fibre Company. Please quote us the most competitive price so that we can start quickly and keep mutual beneficial relationship in long term. Kindly note that the supplier we need is in long term, if we find your price or quality are not competitive at any time, we may turn to others. So, please at the very beginning, give us the most reasonable price with high quality products so that we can start our cooperation. If we identify your company as our possible supplier, we may ask for some samples (No. 7 above). Alternatively, either we ourselves will visit your company or invite you to visit ours.

By the way, we own another Plastics Machinery Company, which manufactures:
PET/PP/PA waste reprocessing line: including crusher, dryer, steam washing line, the most advanced extruders and other assistant machines. For example, it can make PET bottle flakes into pellets with little degradation of viscosity than other machines. This line can bring you incredible profit. It is sold well in Asia, Africa and America.
Steam-washing line: especially for washing PET bottle flakes with capacity 18 tons or 24 tons daily. If one company buys our washing line, we can buy most or all of its washed flakes in return, which can be written in the contract.
