We are looking for a reliable and competitive professional supplier of ESD knitted garments.
Please let us know your best quotation for the following item:

1) Unisex Pocketed ESD Crew Neck T-Shirt:

- 1:1 rib knit collar with 3% lycra
- Shoulder to shoulder taping
- Set-in sleeves
- Twin needle hem at sleeves and bottom
- Side-seam construction with conductive sewing thread
- Brest pocket 13 cm x 10 cm
- Woven Int’l ESD symbol “ESD” black/yellow at left breast.

1.1) Sizes: XS, S, M, L, XL, 2XL,

2) DYING & FINISHING:

- Dying: Reactive dyed; solid colours – 60ºC washable, according to Oeko-Tex Standard 100.

- Fishing: Sanforised (shrinkage up to 3%).

3) COLOURS: White, Black, Light Grey, Navy Blue, royal Blue

4) TECHNICAL SPECS:

4.1) Fabric type: Single Jersey

4.2) Composition: 46% combed cotton, 50% Polyester, 4% conductive yarn

4.3) Conductive Material: Nylon 6 monofilament carbon suffused into the surface, colour black.

4.4) Weight: 180 g/m2

4.5) Point to point resistance: 2 x 10/6 ≤R <107 Ohm

4.6) Standards: Goods must meet EN 1149-1; 1149-2 and EN 61340-5-1 standards.

5) Prices: CIF/Leixões – Portugal

6) Payment: Irrevocable L/C at sight.
