Documentary Letter of Credit, Irrevocable, non-transferable,

presentation at the counter of the seller's bank.
Procedures:
1- Buyer issue LOI and supporting BCL
2- Seller issues FCO and draft contract
3- Contract signed and exchanged
4- Buyers issue MT 705
5- Seller place 2% PGB ( documentary PGB from Prime insurance Co)
6- Buyer issue MT 700
7- Port of loading visit
8- Shipment as per schedule.
Sellers delegates visited the yard in Nigerian and have taken photos themselves with
current Time Magazine in the back drop. Sellers are not Nigerian Co.
