Regarding “Science and technology is the first productive force” as our guiding principle, we have assimilated a lot of advanced technology from home and abroad and established an advanced system of checkout, such as the oxygen jet flow laboratory、the water flow testing laboratory、 the X-ray nondestructive tensile test of the weld and the scientific research establishment of the ultrasonic abut inspection, etc.
Our chief products, of more than 100 specifications, are the nozzles of oxygen lance for converter and electronic arc furnace, the oxygen lance and the water-cooling cast copper parts such as damper and slag inclusion of blast furnace, electrode tip used on electric arc furnace. The yearly capacity of pure copper can reach over 800 tons. Our products are provided to more than 130 internal steel plants. Such as Baoshan I/S Group, Wuhan I/S Group, Shoudu I/S Group, Handan I/S Group. Our company have replaced the same products which imported from Japan、Germany、USA、France and Italy. They also have been exported with a large quantity to many foreign countries, such as India、USA、New Zealand、Turkey, etc. The company’s new products and new technology have stood the antecedent in the college with abundant capital and powerful scientific research strength and established a substantial technology lead in the biggest 335 cone lance at home 、the resist technology of nozzle abut and the airframe pressure casting.
