Ningbo POWERWAY GROUP,previously Ningbo Non-ferrous Alloy Co., Ltd.,is a chinese state-level high-tech enterprise specialized in researching, developing and manufacturing copper alloy wires and bars.
Established in 1987,Powerway now possesses total USD 125 million fixed asset,more than 780 workers and 120 engineers.It consists of three branch companies specializing in brass,alloyed and valve products,and more than ten sales companies in HongKong,Shanghai, Xiamen,Shenzhen,Wenzhou,etc.With an annual production capacity of 42,000 tons,our company has become widely known for its top quality and most types in copper alloyed wires and bars. More than 70% products are exported to U.S.A.,Germany,Hong Kong,Taiwan,etc.
Powerway owns many sets of modernized specialized production and checkout equipments of high accuracy,quality and efficiency. They mainly include various series of level successive casting machines,2500-ton extrusion machines and strong convection annealing machines,introduced from Britain; wire cut machines from Italy,large-scale drawing machines,double-roller straightening machines and full-automatic abnormal material rolling machines from Germany;testing equipment like full-scale plasma spectrometer(ICP), metallography analyzer,spark-reading spectrocomparator,and all-purpose experiment machines,from U.S.A.
Our products include hundred types of brazing materials and wire cutting products with different sections ranging from 0.1mm-80mm,in eight major series. The major series cover free cutting brass,ordinary brass,bronze, cupronickel,Cr-Zr copper,glass material,brazing materials,and wire-cut products.
Devoted to innovations in copper alloy,Powerway has successively developed new products abov State level:nonleaded brass and nickel-free white brass.Our company implements strict management system and has passed the ISO9001 certification of qulity management system by SGS of UK.In addtion,ERP mangement has been successfully applied since 2003. |
