The balanced wear off rate for pair of rubber rice rollers maintains the productivity through out the life of the rollers. The two rollers have the same diameter but using different rotational speed, around 28+/- 5% between the rollers. So, the faster rollers always worn off more than the slower one which will reduce the different of linear velocity between both rollers in which reduce the husk/bran removal rate. Our rollers, with balance wear off rate of both rollers will help maintain the proper linear velocity of the roller surface and this will maintain the productivity of the process through out the life of the rollers.
