2) FOODSTUFFS DIVISION: Importer, wholesalers and distributors for canned food, snack-food, biscuits and confectionery, chewing gum, chocolates.... etc., cooking oil, fruit juices & beverages. all kinds of spices, cheese, gam.... etc
3) CONSUMER PRODUCTS DIVISION: Engaged on import and distribution of several non-food consumer products and accessories, cosmetics & make-up, leather products..... etc..

- Inspection : We perefer, If buyer(s) wish, at seller warehouses Sana'a and Hodeidah prior to
shipment by buyer or his representative. But, also open for discussion.
- Insurance : By the buyer and at his risk and account
- Shipment : May/June/July' 2005 in partial shipments
- Payment : Irrevocable, Confirmed, and at sight L/C, we are also ready to consider Payment by
Irrevocable, confirmed and payable at 45-60 days as from B/L date, if buyer is
reliable and potential.
