It covers an total area of 2000 square meters and has more than 60 sets of various kinds of mechanic equipments including the modified model of 1511 plait machine, Q113M-28 dip-dye machine and etcs. The products of the factory are classified into two areas:garment interlining(horsetail interlining, hair interlining ) and industrial interlining, and are exported to ltaly ,US,Korea, Japan and Hong Kong. In the year of 2000, it realized a production value of 15 million RMB and its export delivery valued at $1.2 million.

Horsehair interlining is the first choice auxiliary materials for traditional western style suits and first-class garments. The horsehair interlining is made of colored pure cotton or colored polyester as warp and colored natural horsetail hair as weft in plain weave with special technology. Fabric width is usually from 40cm to 60cm depending on the length of the natural horse tail hair. It has the following features: high density, strong spring and stiffness, smart, wash-resisting, wear-resisting, lasting in keeping shape, human body and environment friendly, etc.
