we have 5000 M. Tons of Production capacity per month. Our
unit is E.O.U ( Export Oriented Unit) certified.
2. Specification :
(1) Indian Wheat Flour :
a) Protein : 11% minimum
b) Moisture : 14% maximum
c) Ash Content :0.6% maximum
d) Wet Gluten : 27% minimum
e) Acidity : 0.04% maximum
(2) Indian Wheat Semolina:
a) Protein : 12% minimum
b) Moisture : 13.5% maximum
c) Dry Gluten : 9% minimum.
d) Wet Gluten : 28% minimum
e) Ash on Dry Basis : 0.95% maximum
