Rong Jin Hardware Processing Factory was founded in 1973, at the very beginning, the company was mainly engaged on the hardware processing and home market. Later in 1989, the company was reformed as Cheng Lu Enterprise Co., Ltd, and began to introduce advanced CNC lathe from Japan to manufacture high level Audio-Video (Hi-End) stereo connector, which was then sold to the international market. In 1999, the company carried out the third reformation and established the Aitais Enterprise Co., ltd. (Aec), meanwhile, we actively introduced brand-new management concept, formed competent managing team and recruited talented personnel, continuing improve the quality and category of the products, among which, the RF Connectors and Cable Assemblies are well sold around the world.
The company sets up the Administration Department, R&D and Marketing Department, Sales Department, Engineering Department, Manufacturing Department and Quality Assurance Department to take charge of the company’s functional operation respectively, in which the R&D and Market Department is set up for better carry out the R&D and Marketing to develop products to meet customers’ demands and advanced products quickly and more efficiently.
On the other hand, the company has more than 10 engineers who have over 10 years experience in the R&D and connectors production to perform the processing; besides that, the complete production line and assembly line also help us to guarantee the qualified production, which includes more than 10 sets CNC lathe from Japan as well as press machine, milling machine, image-tool microscope, tester for plugging force and endurance, optical projector and other quality assurance instrument.For better ensuring the quality of the products, the company also caries out the ISO-9001 standard through out the design, development and production, and all members of the company are paying close attention to the product quality to offer customers excellent products and service.
Always Enjoy Connecting is our service concept and target, we hope customers are always enjoy the service and products from us. To reach this goal, our R&D and Marketing Department makes hard efforts to develop various Audio & Video (Hi-End) Connectors, RF Connectors and Cable Assemblies. Now we have over 3,000 Connectors & Cable Assemblies, also we can custom products at customers’ request, namely, offering OEM service for customers.
Recent years, to meet the market demands and customers’ satisfaction, we recruit competent talents to take charge of the development, management and quality assurance, and the updated equipment to secure the products quality. In addition, we regularly attend the international show to communicate with customers around the world and bring forward more and better trendy items to cater to customers’ needs. Now we are going to move to the Industrial R&D Zone in Tainan, Taiwan in early 2004, where we will form our own R&D Lab, and soon by the end of the 2004, we will be able to move to the Tainan Hi-tech Industrial Zone; in the meantime, the overseas service branches will be set up to form up a complete market network; step by step, the company will eventually become the first-class Connectors & Cable Assemblies manufacturer of the world; and please keep us in mind, because we are Always Enjoy Connecting with you! |
